I recently had the pleasure of helping Matt and Kathy Dunigan sell their home in Glen Abbey. I got to know Matt a couple of years ago through our involvement in a number of the same charitable organizations.
For those who don’t know who Matt is, he is a former CFL quarterback, a hall of famer, one of the regular colour commentators for TSN football and has his own cooking show Road Grill on the Food Network.
Matt and Kathy are two down-to-earth and wonderful people who have quietly had a pretty big impact on this community. So I was honoured when they turned to me to help them sell their house. Despite a sluggish housing market, we sold the house above the full price and Matt and Kathy came away with a positive experience.
