  • November average resale prices were up by 3.1% versus last year, marking annualized price growth for the fourth time in the past five months
  • This brought the year-to-date (Jan thru Nov) average price to within just 2.5% of last year’s record high performance
  • November volume of 154 units was flat versus November 2017; year-to-date sales remain 21.2% down versus last year
  • It should be kept in mind that Nov 2017 sales were assisted by buyers who wanted to beat the incoming stress-test requirement on Jan 1, 2018
